Asian inspired butternut squash, tender stem broccoli and cashew quinoa salad
Meditation Veg orzo with pesto, feta and rye breadcrumbs
Spiced roasted cauliflower with a green tahini dressing, pomegranates and toasted almonds.
Rosemary sweet potato fries baked in the oven with mixed spices served with homemade goji ketchup and vegan aoli.
