Catering for a 50th!

My first Lucy'sLunches job catered for a 50th serving 16 people! Starting in style with canapés followed by a healthy feast (Click on the arrows below to view more photos).


Canapés

  • Coconut fried prawns with a turmeric dip

  • Honey mustard cocktail saussages

  • Crab and avocado Bites

Healthy Feast

  • Halloumi salad with slow cooked beetroot, maple walnuts, cherry tomatoes, pickled onions, mange tout, avocado, cucumber, burnt oranges, rocket/mixed leaves, yellow tomatoes, mint &basil, mixed seeds and a balsamic dressing

  • Asian inspired butternut squash, tender stem broccoli and cashew quinoa salad

  • Meditation Veg orzo with pesto, feta and rye breadcrumbs

  • Spiced roasted cauliflower with a green tahini dressing, pomegranates and toasted almonds.

  • Rosemary sweet potato fries baked in the oven with mixed spices served with homemade goji ketchup and vegan aoli.

  • Mixed seed and cranberry loafs
